Three budget tiers from minimalist to concierge. The Smart tier is the one I ran on myself. It produced the 10-year biological-age drop for < $3,000 out of pocket in the first year, then about $1,000–$1,500 a year ongoing.

The differential value of going from Smart to Full-Stack is mostly compliance and convenience, not biological signal. If you have the discipline to run Smart yourself, you do not need Full-Stack.
